Wanda L. Johnson, 69 of Escanaba, passed away Saturday evening, August 19, 2017, at Christian Park Healthcare Center.
Wanda was born June 23, 1948, in Gladstone, daughter of Eino and Irene (Paulson) Anderson. She was raised in Escanaba and graduated from Escanaba High School in 1966.
She worked at St. Francis Hospital, Mickeys Pasties, Les Brown Chair Co. and Walmart.
Wanda loved to bowl, play horseshoes and go camping. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, Irene, Wanda is survived by her children, Mark Johnson of Green Bay, WI, Greg (Connie) Johnson of Suamico, WI, and Jamie (Mindy) Johnson of Escanaba; grandchildren, Courtney Baumann, Breanna Johnson, Alyssa Johnson, Lindsey Johnson, Isabella Johnson, and Alayna Johnson; siblings, Diane (Duane) Deno of Gladstone, Rich (Carol) Anderson and Jerry Anderson, all of Escanaba; half-brother James Paulson of Isabella and Wanda’s companion, Mark Dart of Escanaba.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eino and brother Gerald.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from noon-2 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home in Escanaba with funeral services to follow at the funeral home at 2 p.m. with Pastor Tony Morrison of Harbor Lights Church of God officiating.
Burial will take place in Gardens of Rest Cemetery.
The Crawford Funeral Homes are assisting the Johnson family.
