Thomas “Tom” W. Wandahsega III

Thomas W. “Tom” Wandahsega III, 51, of Wilson, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee surrounded by his loving family.

Tom was born in Escanaba on July 19, 1966, son of Thomas and Dora (Halfaday) Wandahsega II. He was raised in Hannahville and was a lifelong resident. He was a graduate of the second graduating class from Hannahville Indian School, class of 1985.

Tom worked as a black jack dealer at the casino for many years and was a brush cutter.

He loved watching NASCAR and was an avid Packer fan. He was also great at solving crossword puzzles, enjoyed reading and spending time outdoors, and loved time spent with his family.

Tom is survived by his children, Larissa Wandahsega and Alec (Whitney) Wandahsega both of Hannahville; grandchildren, Jameson Keshick, Adaline Keshick and Alecia Keshick; siblings, Stephen (Dolly) Wandahsega, Cheryl (Pipe) Jesse, Marlene (Brian) Wandahsega-Williams, all of Hannahville and Brandon Wandahsega of Escanaba; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Loretta Wandahsega.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10th at the Hannahville Community Center and continue until the time of the funeral service on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wandahsega family.

The Crawford Funeral Homes are assisting the Wandahsega family.

  1. So sorry to hear of toms. passing I’ve known him for many years and considered him a friend, he will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the whole family.
