Nancy C. McDonough, 77, Escanaba, passed away early Friday morning, October 30, 2015 at U.P. Health Systems- Marquette.
She was born on November 14, 1937 in Nahma, daughter of Arthur and Genevieve (Pilon) Weberg. Nancy graduated from Holy Name High School in 1955.
Nancy married Patrick McDonough on December 27, 1956 at St. Anthony of Padua Church.
In addition to raising seven children, Nancy and husband, Patrick owned and operated the Buck Inn until their retirement.
Among her survivors include her husband, Patrick of Escanaba; children, Patrick Jr. of Chicago, Thomas of West Bend, Jeff of Escanaba, Marcia (Robert) Henkes of Kason City, MN, Kathy (Manfred) Schmidt of Escanaba, Kris (Hans) Schmidt of Chicago and Jason (Bobbie Jo) McDonough of Gladstone; 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Weberg of Gurnee, IL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leroy Weberg; sister, Valverde Weberg; and daughter in law, Jackie McDonough.
Visitation will be on Monday, November 2nd from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home in Escanaba. The funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Fran DeGroot officiating. A meal will follow in the funeral home dining area.
