5 Tributes to “Marie M. Theoret”

  1. My deepest sympathy to Marie’s family. She was a dear friend and mentor to me. She did so much more for her church, friends and family than most will ever know. I had the upmost respect for her and will miss her dearly. Save me a room, Marie.

  2. My condolences to the Theoret family. I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s no way to really describe the pain one feels when death overtakes a loved one. Feelings of sadness and grief can be overwhelming during this time of mourning. However, comfort from the scriptures can give you hope. John 5:28,29 speaks of the promise of the resurrection. That scripture says, “Do not be amazed at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” What this can mean for your family is a real hope of being reunited with your dead loved ones.

  3. Aunt Marie was there for me when my mom wasn’t available. Aunt Marie and I got our ears pierced and spent time shopping at the malls together. She was always eager to proof-read our HS and college papers, as well as MA thesis papers. We know she is in a better place

  4. Thanks Barbara for keeping me in touch and up to date on her whereabouts. A delightful and intelligent lady and our department head for so many years. What a wonderful family. Prayers for Marie and all of you in the coming days.

  5. Father Glen and families

Was one of your parishioners at St. Francis in Manistique. So sorry to hear of your Aunt’s passing. Think you told many stories, in your homilies, of the Theoret families in Flat Rock.
Condolences and prayers to all of you during this time.
