Judith “Judi” Louise Colclasure

Judith L. “Judi” Colclasure, 55, of Escanaba, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at UP Health System – Marquette.

She was born on February 28, 1963 in Escanaba, daughter of Melvin J. “Jack” and Rosemary (Soper) Berglund. Judi was raised in Escanaba and graduated from Escanaba High School, class of 1981.

On January 1, 1999, Judi married Gregg Colclasure in Las Vegas.

She worked for Delta County as a housekeeper at the Service Center.

Judi enjoyed crafting, reading and working in her flower garden.

Among survivors include her husband, Gregg of Escanaba; mother, Rosemary of Escanaba; brother, John (Francene) of Mattawan, MI; niece and nephew, Anna and Marcus; and special friend, Lacey Belland of Escanaba.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 22nd from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Crawford Funeral Home in Escanaba. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Deacon Terry Saunders officiating. A meal will follow in the funeral home lounge.

Burial will take place in the spring in Lakeview Cemetery.

    My sincerest sympathy to you all. I remember Judy most from when she worked at the Metropolitan Bar. She was an awesome bartender.
