4 Tributes to “Elizabeth M. Schiska”

  1. “Dear God, I call to You and ask You: “Hear my
prayer. My wounds are deep and slow to heal; my load
is hard to bear. Despondent thoughts and disappointed hopes have left me weak. O God of Comfort, care for me; Your Favor I do seek.”
    Psalm 4:1
    1 John 3:20

  2. John Paul,
I remember your mom’s bright smile. She was always nice to Tom’s little sister. That is how I remember your mom. Her, sweet face and kindness.

  3. May you rest in peace, sweet MA Shiska. One of the loveliest souls that I ever met.

  4. Dear Schiska family, please accept my deepest sympathies. I am very sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death can leave us with feelings of sorrow and grief. However, Isaiah 25:8 says, “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” So not only will Jehovah eliminate death, but he will remove the feeling of pain that comes from losing someone we love, and replace that feeling with comfort and hope.
